Dulcimers
Joe began building
mountain dulcimers in 1985. He built over 200 dulcimers over a period
of over 20 years, but he no longer builds himself. However, his
experience in building and playing has trained him in what to look for
in a great instrument. He is proud to carry some of the best dulcimers
in the country and would be glad to help you find one that is just
right for you.

Joe
has been working with New Harmony Dulcimer Company since
late 2017 and is proud to have played a small part in the development
of their fine instruments by providing feedback to builder Rick Gooden
from New Harmony, Indiana. Rick is a wonderful craftsman and so
innovative in dulcimer design and construction. His instruments are
taking the dulcimer community by storm because of their great sound,
playability, and beauty. Here are a couple sample pictures of these
fine instruments. I can't hold on to them long enough to keep pictures
of current stock, but I'll be glad to ZOOM with you to show you what's
available. Give me a call at (704) 472-9791 or e-mail me at dulciman@bellsouth.net
Current Stock
I try to keep the "Current Stock" page
updated, but the instruments do sell quickly. I cannot gaurantee that
any of the dulcimers pictured in the link above are still available.
You will need to call me to check.
